By using this website or requesting an estimate from Rock Solid Foundation Repair, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Information on This Site

Content here is provided for general information about foundation, waterproofing and basement services. It is not an engineering assessment of your property and should not be relied on as one. Every home is different; only an on-site inspection can determine what your foundation needs.

Estimates and Quotes

• Submitting the form is a request for an estimate, not a contract for work.
• Estimates are provided in writing after an on-site inspection and are valid for the period stated on the estimate.
• Pricing assumes conditions visible at the time of inspection. Concealed conditions found during excavation or demolition may require a written change order before work continues.
• Work is scheduled subject to weather, soil conditions and crew availability.

Homeowner Responsibilities

• Providing safe access to the work area, including moving stored items where asked.
• Identifying private underground utilities, sprinkler lines, septic systems and invisible fencing that public locate services will not mark.
• Disclosing known prior repairs, leaks or structural work on the property.

Permits and Code

Where a permit or inspection is required, the scope and responsibility for obtaining it will be stated on your written estimate. Finished work is performed to applicable local code at the time of installation.

Payment

Deposits, progress payments and final balances are set out in your signed agreement. Balances are due upon completion unless the agreement states otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Kansas law, our liability arising from the website or any project is limited to the amount paid for the work in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
